"I have been making it for the last 6 yrs, it is that good!)Couple notes on the recipe: You can make the cheesecake the day before, refrigerate, then top and torch the meringue right before guests come. Also since you put a topping on it, you don't have to worry about the top of the cheesecake cracking. If you want to skip the topping you could totally use whipped cream instead( just don't torch the whipped cream)"
