Ultimate Charcuterie Board

A Note from Feedfeed

Charcuterie boards are all the rage, but I have some strong opinions about what makes up the perfect board! For me, it's important to get the perfect balance of salty, sweet, rich, and sour flavors, with amazing textures. I recommend using at least three different cheeses: a sharp cheddar, a unique goat cheese, and a soft & mild cheese like Brie. I also encourage at least three different meats: I like to use Genoa salami, soppressata, and prosciutto. For the accompaniments, I say cornichon pickles and fig jam are absolute non-negotiables! I also strongly suggest you have a variety of fruit, multiple types of berries and green grapes are my favorites!
