This recipe combines the best of both worlds. Light & buttery croissants paired with sweet & rich chocolate chip cookies make for a delicious treat.
If you can’t hop on a plane to grab one of these pastries, don’t worry; it’s easier to make than you might think! Grab a croissant from your local baker and some homemade or store-bought cookie dough, and you’re in business!

ingredients
- 1 croissant
- 4 ounces cookie dough
- Chocolate sauce
- Caramel sauce
- Powdered sugar
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Take the croissant and cut it in half through the middle, like a sandwich. Smoosh half of the cookie dough on the open part of one of the croissant halves, then close the croissant like a sandwich. Then smoosh the other half of the cookie dough on top of the closed croissant.
Step 3
Place the cookie croissant on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes, until cooked but still gooey.
Step 4
Drizzle chocolate sauce and caramel sauce on top, then sprinkle on powdered sugar. Serve and enjoy!
