1 sheet puff pastry, cut into equal squares
1 pear, halved
1 apple, halved
Whole grain or Dijon mustard
1 egg, beaten
Preheat the oven to 350F.
On each square of puff pastry spread a small dollop of mustard, top with the apple or pear slices and sprinkle with crumbled Stilton.
Brush with egg and pop in the oven for 12-15 mins, or until lightly brown.
