ingredients

  • 125 grams cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk or ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tablespoon sun dried tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend in a mixer or with an immersion blender. Let it sit for a couple of minutes so the batter thickens.

  • Step 2

    Bake in the oven for 15 min on 175 c / 350 f.

  • Step 3

    Top of with sautéed mushrooms and onions, avocado and a little bit more nutritional yeast.
