Sweet Potato, Zucchini, nut butter are the main components of this creamy smoothie bowl! You can top yours with any seed or berry of choice, coconut flakes or nuts!

ingredients
- 1 cup steamed then frozen zucchini
- 1/2 cup papaya, and or strawberries or half a banana
- 1/4 cup frozen sweet potato
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon nut butter of choice
- 1/3 cup nut milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup, or honey (optional)
- 1 scoop protein of choice (optional)
Method
Step 1
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Top with your choice of granola, coconut, berries, chia or flax seeds, hemp harts.
