ingredients

  • 1 cup steamed then frozen zucchini
  • 1/2 cup papaya, and or strawberries or half a banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen sweet potato
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter of choice
  • 1/3 cup nut milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup, or honey (optional)
  • 1 scoop protein of choice (optional)

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend all ingredients until smooth. Top with your choice of granola, coconut, berries, chia or flax seeds, hemp harts.
