ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flax seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1 scoop protein of choice
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 banana, split lengthwise
- Peanut butter, for topping
- Sesame seeds, for topping
- Cacao nibs, for topping
Method
Step 1
Combine oats, chia seeds, protein powder, milk, cinnamon and salt in one pot. Bring to an almost boil and immediately turn down to simmer, stir frequently until thick and creamy.
Step 2
Finish oatmeal with caramelized banana, peanut butter, cacao nibs, sesame seeds and extra cinnamon. Enjoy
