ingredients
- 4 peaches (abt 1 lbs), sliced
- 1/4 cup sugar, granulated
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 basil leaves
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Sanpellegrino® Limonata Italian Sparkling Drink
Method
Step 1
Place all ingredients except Sanpellegrino Limonata in a blender, and blend until smooth for about 20-30 seconds.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into a 9’ X13'' baking pan and add the Sanpellegrino Limonata. Whisk together and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
Step 3
After 1 hour, fluff with a fork.
Step 4
Repeat this process every 30 min, 3-4 more times or until the mixture is frozen.
Step 5
Serve immediately or continue to stir every so often to keep from freezing in a block.
