  • 3 sweet potatoes, sliced into sticks

Make the Fries


  • Step 1

    Arrange fries on a parchment-lined sheet pan and bake at 450°F for 20 minutes and broil at the end for 2-5 minutes until they become crispy.

    Serve with your homemade Spicy Lemon Garlic Cashew Dip or ketchup.

For the Spicy Lemon Garlic Cashew Dip


  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked in water for 4 hours or overnight
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • juice of 1 small lemon
  • Himalayan Pink Sea Salt to taste
  • Pickled hot peppers, chopped

Make the Spicy Lemon Garlic Cashew Dip

  • Step 1

    In a high-speed blender, combine the drained-soaked cashews, water, garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  • Step 2

    Transfer the cream to a bowl and mix in the hot peppers.
