ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces Roku
- 1/4 ounce Cor Cor
- 1/4 ounce Green Chartreuse
- 3/4 ounce lime juice
- 1/4 ounce Yuzu juice
- 3/4 ounce Matcha Calpico, * (see note)
- 1/2 ounce aquafaba, (liquid from canned chickpeas)
Method
Step 1
Dry shake all ingredients together well. Double strain into coupe glass, garnish with rice paper Mynah Bird and edible flowers if desired.
