- Any bread, sliced
- 1/4 cup (per slice of bread) vegan eggnog
- Maple syrup, to top
- Powdered sugar, to top
- Pecans, to top
- Nutmeg, fresh ground, to top
- Coconut whip, to top
Method
Step 1
Pour eggnog into a shallow bowl or saucer and dip both sides of bread, until coated fully
Step 2
Heat a lightly oiled or non-stick frying pan and cook the soaked bread slice for 2-3 minutes per side over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Top with powdered sugar, syrup, nutmeg, pecans, and coconut whip. Enjoy!
