ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup oat flour (or all-purpose or whole wheat)
- pinch of coconut sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- pinch of sea salt
Method
Step 1
Preheat waffle maker with oil spray.
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk together egg, almond milk and vanilla.
Step 3
Add in flour, sugar, baking powder and sea salt. Mix until just incorporated.
Step 4
Pour into greased waffle maker and cook until crispy and golden brown.
Step 5
Serve with fresh fruit, nut butter and toppings of choice!
