Recipe:

Developed by Kevin Masse for Williams Sonoma in partnership with feedfeed Makes about 24 Ounces - serves 2-4 depending on glass size.

1 pint good quality chocolate ice cream (softened at room temperature about 10 minutes)
1 cup ice cubes
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1/4 cup bourbon
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Lightly Sweetened Whipped Cream
Williams Sonoma Peppermint Bark

Method:

Combine ice cream, ice, milk, chocolate syrup, bourbon, and salt in a blender - blend on high until creamy.

Divide among glasses and top with whipped cream and peppermint bark.
