These blondies have large chocolate chunks, extra flakey salt and a soft consistency that is to die for!

Recipe Card


  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup chopped chocolate
  • Flaky Salt, for topping


  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.

  • Step 2

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the egg, coconut sugar, maple syrup and almond butter until smooth.

  • Step 3

    Add in all the dry ingredients to the mixing bowl and mix well. Fold in chopped chocolate, making sure to reserve a few pieces for topping.

  • Step 4

    Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth it over evenly. Top with more chopped chocolate. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown on top.

  • Step 5

    Let chill, sprinkle with sea salt and cut into squares!
