ingredients

  • 1 slice of sourdough bread, toasted
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning, for garnishing (optional)
  • Fresh Dill, for garnsih

Method

  • Step 1

    In a medium skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil and fry two eggs until the whites have set and the yolks are still runny.

  • Step 2

    Toast your slice of sourdough bread and added sliced avocado. Season with salt, pepper and everything bagel seasoning.

  • Step 3

    Serve with blueberries and season everything to taste. Garnish with dill.
