Chocolate Pumpkin Fudge

"this is a recipe that I made last year + I am so glad that I decided to make a batch yesterday. Anyone else love having healthy treats ready to go in the fridge orrrr am I just a crazy? 🙃 this stuff is sooo creamy + all the flavors go so well together! no bake, vegan, and of course made with real ingredients."

Recipe Card


  • 1 cup pumpkin purée
  • 2/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup optional chocolate chips


  • Step 1

    In a medium mixing bowl, add in the pumpkin + almond butter + maple syrup + melted coconut oil. Mix well.

  • Step 2

    Add in the cacao powder + pumpkin pie spice + salt. Mix.

  • Step 3

    Pour the batter into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. evenly spread it out + top with optional chocolate chips.

  • Step 4

    Set in the freezer for 1 hour to set. Cut into squares + enjoy!

  • Step 5

    These can be kept in either the fridge or freezer.
