ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- 2/3 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- A pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup optional chocolate chips
Method
Step 1
In a medium mixing bowl, add in the pumpkin + almond butter + maple syrup + melted coconut oil. Mix well.
Step 2
Add in the cacao powder + pumpkin pie spice + salt. Mix.
Step 3
Pour the batter into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. evenly spread it out + top with optional chocolate chips.
Step 4
Set in the freezer for 1 hour to set. Cut into squares + enjoy!
Step 5
These can be kept in either the fridge or freezer.
