- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups canned chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
- Black pepper
- Avocado oil, to drizzle
Method
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
