It's naturally sweetened with bananas and dates and chock-full of wholesome ingredients, like coconut, macadamia nuts, almonds, chia seeds, sesame seeds, and chunks of papaya & pineapple! I added oats, but you can easily replace them with extra nuts to make it grain-free. It's great as a snack, on yogurt, or with almond/coconut milk! "
