This is one of those times that I'm actually lost for words and just so you know, it rarely happens. The second I laid eyes on this chocolate muffin with that blueberry-vanilla ice cream oozing out like a jack in the box I fell in love. What a fabulous way to enjoy both a muffin and ice cream. Best part? There’s salted caramel sauce dripping all over it which just puts this recipe into another galaxy. Ooey gooey and major goodness going on here. From now on I think I may just have to knock the tops off all my baked goods and stuff them with blueberry ice cream.
