ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup mix-ins of choice (coconut, uncooked quinoa, pecans, and chia seeds are pictured)
  • 2 tablespoons runny nut butter
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Dash of cinnamon

Method

  • Step 1

    in a bowl combine all dry ingredients.

  • Step 2

    Add in almond butter and maple syrup. combine until everything’s well coated. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Broil for an optional 5 mins just to get it extra toasted.

  • Step 3

    Let cool before breaking into chunks.
