ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup mix-ins of choice (coconut, uncooked quinoa, pecans, and chia seeds are pictured)
- 2 tablespoons runny nut butter
- 2 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
- Dash of cinnamon
Method
Step 1
in a bowl combine all dry ingredients.
Step 2
Add in almond butter and maple syrup. combine until everything’s well coated. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Broil for an optional 5 mins just to get it extra toasted.
Step 3
Let cool before breaking into chunks.
