"Frozen blueberries are one of my fav snacks. This sounds weird, but Iโ€™m not talking about blueberries that are already frozen- I mean fresh blueberries that you put into the freezer โ˜๐Ÿป not sure why, but thereโ€™s definitely a difference ๐Ÿ˜‚ but I like the berries frozen rather than just chilled because I have to eat them slower, and I get to enjoy them a little longer ๐Ÿ˜‹"

ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened nut milk
  • 1/3 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 serving of grass fed whey vanilla protein
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Method

  • Step 1

    Place all of ingredients into your Vitamix and blend on medium speed for 30 seconds. Add your favorite toppings for a pretty touch! I added extra blueberries and coconut flakes. Hope you enjoy!
