ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened nut milk
- 1/3 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 serving of grass fed whey vanilla protein
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Method
Step 1
Place all of ingredients into your Vitamix and blend on medium speed for 30 seconds. Add your favorite toppings for a pretty touch! I added extra blueberries and coconut flakes. Hope you enjoy!
