- 4 slices whole wheat bread
- 4 whole fresh figs
- 4 tablespoons goat cheese
- 1 teaspoons greek yoghurt
- 4 stems fresh thyme
In a small bowl, add the goat cheese and greek yoghurt.
Mix it with a fork to combine until creamy
Slice the figs
Spread one tablespoon of the goat cheese mixture on each slice of toasted bread
Arrange figs on top, drizzle the honey and garnish with thyme.
