  • 2 slices sourdough bread, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 banana, sliced `
  • 1 teaspoon cacao nibs
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • drizzle maple syrup, or honey, optional

Method

  • Step 1

    Spread the peanut butter on toast. Top with bananas, cacao nibs, hemp seeds, cinnamon and maple syrup if desired.
