Pesto Pasta Salmon With A Pinot Noir.

Salmon is a rich fish and pesto is a strong flavor, so a full bodied white all the way up to a medium bodied red would work; my personal preference would be a burgundy or california Pinot Noir, but I would imagine a French Chardonnay would work nicely too
