Serves or Makes: Her can be used for stuffing the cakes but I also love eaten with the spoon

  • 4 Yolks
  • 100 gram Sugar
  • 40 gram Flour
  • 1/2 litre Soja milk
  • 1 peel from 1 Lemon


  • Step 1

    Mix the yolks with sugar and milk

  • Step 2

    Add few to few the flour at the mix without stopping mixing (to avoid the clots). The mixture will resulte amalgamate

  • Step 3

    Cook the milk with the lemon peel and adding the mixture without stopping mixting.

  • Step 4

    Cooking to a boil and leave it to cool a few minutes.
