Beetroot, Carrot And Apple Burger With Mushroom Buns
I love making use of left overs. From my vegetable shots yesterday I used the beetroot, carrot and apple juice pulp teamed up with white cooked @quinoaaustralia Quinoa and organic eggs for the patty. Roasted mushrooms for the bun makes this one gluten free too. I made a dressing of @mayversfood Tahini and lemon. Topped off with tomato, avocado, lettuce, tomato chutney, turmeric sauerkraut and a little bit of chili.
