Red Curry Sauce

ingredients

  • 13 (ounce) can coconut cream
  • 13 (ounce) can coconut milk
  • 1 cup broth
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon coconut aminos
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix wet ingredients in a large sauce pan for about 10 mins before adding in veggies.

  • Step 2

    After 10 mins, add in mixed stir fry veggies and 1 13 ounce can of garbonzo beans.

  • Step 3

    Leave on simmer, top with lid. Cook for about 20 mins.

  • Step 4

    On the side, prep rice of choice as side. ( optional )

  • Step 5

    After 20 mins has gone by, pair with rice into a bowl. Serves 4-6 people. ENJOY!
