"#fall doesn't mean just apples and pumpkins.Pears ? should not be ignored,a perfectly ripe pear makes a wonderful dessert. I made this bartlett pear galette yesterday and it was stunningly delicious. Soft, sweet  flesh of the pears and a flaky pastry are a great combination. Make a basic pastry recipe, slice 3 pears lengthwise and arrange them in the center of the pastry. In a small bowl combine sugar, cinnamon and bourbon vanilla sugar then sprinkle generously over the pears. Bake the galette until the crust is a deep golden-brown and the fruit is bubbly and cooked Happy #fallbaking everyone! . . . #pear #pears #pearpie #galette #piecrust #bakersofinstagram #wsbakeclub #foodphotographer #f52grams #foodphotography #foodstyling #vscofood #vscofashionfood #onmytable #thatsdarling #feedfeed @thefeedfeed #yahoofood #buzzfeast #huffposttaste #foodwinewomen #marthabakes #fromscratch #fallbaking #bakersofinstagram #thebakefeed #WHPinthekitchen #thekitchn #bakefromscratch"
