Recipe for Summery LemonAID Recovery Smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients
1.5 medium bananas, frozen and sliced into coins
8-10 medium strawberries (preferably frozen, for texture)
3/4 cup diced Rhubarb
1/3 cup Lemon Juice
10 oz unsweetened Hemp Milk
2 tbsp Collagen
2 tbsp Hemp Seeds
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
Optional: Add handful of spinach and/or blueberries for an extra boost
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender, and slowly increase speed to high until all ingredients are smoothly blended. Add tablespoons of water if mixture is too thick, for a smoother blend.
2. Serve!
