  • Egg, fried to taste
  • Palestinian sumac, sprinkled to taste
  • Dried chilli flakes, sprinkled to taste
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method

  • Step 1

    Heat slightly on medium low heat. Crack three organic free range eggs into oil and let them gently cook. At about 3-4 minutes, when the egg white has set, sprinkle some Palestinian sumac, dried chilli flakes, salt and cracked black pepper to serve. Note: You also want a really tangy burgundy sumac that has a punch to it so make sure you buy a good quality product otherwise it can be dry and bitter.
