Jammy eggs are slowly taking over the internet (and the world!). While you may be looking for a runny yolk, we’re all about that jam. Somewhere between a soft and hard boiled egg, these beauties are waiting to be sliced over your morning avocado toast. Our secret to the perfect jammy egg? Our Instant Pot, of course!
Using low pressure on the manual setting allows for perfect eggs every time. And it doesn’t stop there. By using pressure to cook the eggs, they’re easier to peel than even the most expertly boiled egg, so you’ll never tear off any white with the shell. Crack out your Instant Pot before you make breakfast tomorrow, because these jammy eggs are no yolk!

When time is up, manually release pressure through vent. Once all pressure is released, remove the lid and transfer eggs to ice bath for 1 minute.
