ingredients
- 1/2 cups apple sauce
- 1/4 cups shredded carrots
- 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice mix
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup plant based milk
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon coconut sugar
Method
Step 1
Blend the ingredients as in the tutorial in a bowl and in a non stick pancakes pan scoop the pancakes dough and flip to the other side the minute you see the bubbles .
Step 2
For this one, I made a large circle for the rabbit body, a small circle for the rabbit head, two larger ovals for feet, and two long oval strawberries for ears. I used two banana slices for the feet, chocolate chips for the pads of the paws, and a cute little whipped cream bunny tail. This one was a BIG hit Easter morning!
