ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • almond extract
  • flaked coconut (optional)
  • hemp hearts (optional)

Method

  • Step 1

    Process all ingredients in food processor to a thick dough consistency. Add water while the ​food processor is running a tablespoon at a time to achieve desired consistency

  • Step 2

    Roll into 1 Tablespoon balls and roll in coconut or hemp hearts
