ingredients
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- almond extract
- flaked coconut (optional)
- hemp hearts (optional)
Method
Step 1
Process all ingredients in food processor to a thick dough consistency. Add water while the food processor is running a tablespoon at a time to achieve desired consistency
Step 2
Roll into 1 Tablespoon balls and roll in coconut or hemp hearts
