  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 white peach, sliced
  • 3 fresh figs, quartered
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower butter


  • Step 1

    Add chia seeds to a medium bowl and cover with coconut milk. Let sit for at least 30 minutes, then stir and top with peaches, figs and sunflower butter.
