Chocolate Covered Matcha Nut Butter Bars

Ingredients:
5 tbsp coconut flakes
1 tbsp agave syrup
1 teaspoon matcha powder (I used @purechimp powder)
3 teaspoons COLD nut butter
20 g. dark chocolate
2 teaspoons coconut oil
Method:
Whisk matcha powder and coconut flakes in a bowl, add the agave syrup and whisk until combined (you might have to add more syrup, the coconut flakes should stick together).
Divide the mixture in 3-4 parts. On a baking sheet form 3-4 bars by pressing firmly the mixture. Put them in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
When the bars are frozen take it off of the freezer and put 1 teaspoon nutsbutter on each bar. Put in the freezer again for at least 2 hours, the bars need to be completely frozen.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler or a metal bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Let it cool for 10 min before pouring it, firstly, onto the bottom(!) and then onto the top(!) of the bars.
Put in the fridge and ENJOY!
