ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a medium bowl add the melted butter, combine brown sugar and white sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
Step 3
Now add the dry ingredients, flour, baking powder and salt, mix until well combined. Fold in the butterscotch chips to the blondie batter.
Step 4
Scoop the batter to the prepared pan. Bake the blondies until golden brown, about 30-35 minutes..
Step 5
Once done transfer the pan to a wire rack and cut them to squares once cooled.
