ingredients
- 4 cobs corn
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Method
Step 1
Soak the fresh corn on the cob in hot water for about 10 minutes. Remove the corn and drain well.
Step 2
Preheat a grill and add the corn. Now and then, see if the kernels are soft enough. Turn the corn to get a nice char all around.
Step 3
For the sauce, mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
Step 4
When the corn is ready to serve, coat them directly with the tahini sauce and serve.
