ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 3/4 cup vegan/dairy free butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 100 gram dark, dairy free chocolate chip
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven for 180 C degree.

  • Step 2

    Mix all the ingredient in a large bowl. Combine well with a spoon before adding the chocolate chips.

  • Step 3

    Scoop 1-1 tablespoons of mixture onto a baking tray. Bake for 8 minutes.
