ingredients
- 200 gram fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/8 cup pinenuts
- 1/8 cup maple or carob syrup
- 1/2 cup oat milk (or another plant-based substitute)
- 1 small banana
Method
Step 1
Put all the ingredients into a blender. Whizz until you get a smooth consistency.
Step 2
Pour into an ice cream churner to keep the ice crystal small while you freeze. If you don't have an ice cream maker, don't worry, skip this part. Your ice lolly will be still delicious.
Step 3
Scoop them into your mould and quickly pop them into your freezer for at least 4 hours.
