No-bake Vegan Protein Truffels

Recipe Card


  • 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 scoops arbonne vegan protein powder
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/8 1/4 cup agave syrup
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder


  • Step 1

    Place the rolled oats into an electric blender. Whizz for a few seconds to turn your oats into oat flour.

  • Step 2

    Add all the remaining ingredients and combine.

  • Step 3

    Use a small ice-cream scoop, or tablespoon to get even portions, roll the dough into balls then roll them in cocoa powder.
