- 4 bananas, mashed
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/ 3 cup creamy almond butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 3 cups oat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/ 2 cup mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Lightly grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix bananas, milk, almond butter, oil and vinegar. Mix in the flour and baking powder until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes, until golden brown.
