ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups pitted dates
  • 1 cup raw nuts (combination of Brazil nuts, cashews, and walnuts)
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla coconut whey protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder
  • 3 tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • 2-3 tbsp coconut milk or almond milk
  • Sprinkle of pink salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Line a 9" x 5" loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

  • Step 2

    Combine everything in a high-speed blender, such as the Vitamix, and blend until thick and sticky.

  • Step 3

    Pack the dough into the loaf pan and press down. Sprinkle with walnut pieces and pink salt. Freeze for 2 hours or until ready to eat.
