ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups pitted dates
- 1 cup raw nuts (combination of Brazil nuts, cashews, and walnuts)
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut butter
- 1 scoop vanilla coconut whey protein powder
- 1 tablespoon maca powder
- 3 tablespoon raw cacao powder
- 2-3 tbsp coconut milk or almond milk
- Sprinkle of pink salt
Method
Step 1
Line a 9" x 5" loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
Step 2
Combine everything in a high-speed blender, such as the Vitamix, and blend until thick and sticky.
Step 3
Pack the dough into the loaf pan and press down. Sprinkle with walnut pieces and pink salt. Freeze for 2 hours or until ready to eat.
