Recipe Card


  • 1 cup gluten-free large flake oats
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 4 teaspoons coconut sugar, (or brown sugar, or cane)


  • Step 1

    In a saucepan combine oats, milk, cocoa powder, chia seeds and coconut sugar. Whisk to combine and bring to a simmer. Let oats simmer for about 5 minutes, or until desired consistency. Add splashes more milk if needed.

  • Step 2

    Divide chocolate oatmeal between two bowls and add your favourite toppings.
