"Gourmet Toast 4 Ways. Starts with a thick layer of cashew cream cheese. Topped with either zucchini ribbons, cherry tomatoes, avocados and persimmon, and then sprinkled with fresh dill, parsley, chia, buckwheat and salt flakes. I made this toast with the plan of eating just one, but ended up eating them all! It might be my food coma talking, but this totally has me rethinking how I breakfast. Toast with the most. Which one’s your fav?"
