Coconut Milk Oatmeal with Blackberries, Almond Butter and Greek Yogurt

Ingredients:

1/2 cup oats 

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup water

pinch salt

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

handful of blackberries

1 tbsp hemp hearts

1 tbsp flax seeds

1 tbsp toasted nuts, seeds and coconut 

1 spoonful of almond butter

Directions

Add the oats, coconut milk, water and a pinch of salt to a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for about 5-10 minutes, or until tender and the liquid has been absorbed. Add oats to a bowl and top with yogurt, berries, hemp hearts, flax seeds, nuts and almond butter.
