- 1 1/2 ounces pisco
- 3/4 (ounce) fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 (ounce) maraschino liqueur
- 1/2 (ounce) simple syrup
- 5 dashes angostura orange bitters
- 2 slices grapefruit
- 3 ounces champagne
Method
For the Grapefruit Pisco Collins
Step 1
Put all ingredients in a shaker except for the Champagne
Step 2
Shake with ice for about 10-15 seconds
Step 3
Fine strain in a collins glass filled with ice
Step 4
Add the Champagne
Simple syrup
Step 1
To make simple syrup, add equal part of sugar and hot water. Stir until dissolved and you are good to go!
