Grapefruit Pisco Collins

Buy ingredients
Add ingredients directly to your favorite online grocery cart (where available).


  • 11/2 ounces pisco
  • 3/4 (ounce) fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 (ounce) maraschino liqueur
  • 1/2 (ounce) simple syrup
  • 5 dashes angostura orange bitters
  • 2 slices grapefruit
  • 3 ounces champagne

For the Grapefruit Pisco Collins


  • Step 1

    Put all ingredients in a shaker except for the Champagne

  • Step 2

    Shake with ice for about 10-15 seconds

  • Step 3

    Fine strain in a collins glass filled with ice

  • Step 4

    Add the Champagne

Simple syrup


  • Step 1

    To make simple syrup, add equal part of sugar and hot water. Stir until dissolved and you are good to go!
