1lb ground beef
1 large onion
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp toasted pine nuts
1 hard-boiled egg
salt and pepper
1 egg yolk
ready-made dough (such as puff pastry)
Preheat oven to 350F.
Finely chop the garlic and onion, and sautee in oil over medium heat for a few minutes.
Add beef until crumbles apart. Season with salt, pepper and harrissa to your liking.
Add the parsley, pine nuts and cut up hard-boiled egg. Mix together and remove from heat.
In a 4in x 14in dish or similar size put a layer of puff pastry down to cover bottom and sides.
Add the meat filling, and top with other pastry sheet. Crimp the edges so it is closed, and with a fork poke a few holes so it can steam while in the oven.
Brush egg yolk over the top and place in the oven for about 25min or until golden brown.
