Method
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in a stand mixer with a dough hook attachment. Roll into a long log, about 1 inch in thickness and about 2 feet long.
Step 2
Wrap and chill for 1 your. Pull out of the fridge and slice the log into 1 inch pieces.
Step 3
Shape the pieces into small moons. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes until slightly golden on the bottom.
Step 4
Dust with powdered sugar once cooled. Serve with hot coffee or tea.
