Vegan Meringues

4 flax eggs (2 tbsp flax meal + 1 tbsp water)
1 cup coconut sugar
a dash of cacao powder and any other flavouring you like

Mix ingredients until stiff and dollop on to parchment paper. leave the oven door slightly ajar at 450F and bake for approximately 1.5 hours (just watch that it doesn't burn - the long bake dries it out nicely)
