Spinach And Lemon Linguine With Tick Spiced Shallot & Tomato Sauce And Baked New Potato Slivers

Linguine

Pasta Base
3 cups gluten free flour (you can make your own mix)
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp flaxseed meal
a pinch of salt

I puréed a mix of spinach, lemon, and water and added to the base. The dough shouldn't be sticky or too dry. After using my stand mixer (elbow grease works too!) I ran the dough through a pasta attachment to cut the fine linguine. I hand cut my beet pappardelle in an earlier post so you can skip the attachments and go rogue
